There is great community response to the parade, which winds up right at our Town Center Park, and assures lots of visitors to our venue.

To start things off with a bang, there will be the second annual Wilsonville Parade on Saturday morning, with the theme "Junk to Funk". The parade will wind through town and end at Town Center Park and our annual Festival of Arts. We know you’ll want to be there too! Performing Artist application information and forms are attached. “Art On The Town” is a two-day arts celebration, kicking off in
Grand Fashion WHEN: June 5th & 6th 2010 - Festival runs Saturday 10 AM – 6 PM; Sunday 10 – 5 WHERE: Wilsonville Visitor Information Center at Town Center Park 29600 S.W. Park Place, Wilsonville, Oregon WHO: All ages welcomed at this festival celebrating the arts and artists! Juried Visual Art Show features the work of 75-100 professional artists. Live music, dance, storytelling on the Main Stage.
Student Art Pavilion showcases artwork from the West Linn-Wilsonville School
District. COST: The is a Free event for the public. Donations welcomed.

Wilsonville Festival of Arts 2010 ‘ART ON THE TOWN’ Produced by the Wilsonville Arts & Culture Council Hosted by the Wilsonville Chamber Visitor Center at Town Center Park PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY GUIDELINES Dates: Saturday, June 5 11:00 – 6:00 p.m. Sunday, June 6 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Location: Visitor Information Center at Town Center Park 29600 SW Park Place Wilsonville, OR 97070 Participation: Preference will be given to artists within the West Linn-Wilsonville School District boundaries and neighboring communities, but artists outside these boundaries are encouraged to apply. Publicity: Participating artists are encouraged to apply EARLY and help to promote the event. • An online informational flyer has been developed to publicize the 2010 Wilsonville Festival of Arts. You are encouraged to help in promoting this event through your own client networks, contacts and organization lists. • The flyer can be printed for distribution at other events you might be attending. • Also, several performing artists may be selected for publicity purposes such as news articles, festival program, artist receptions and other promotional materials, etc. Requirements: • Read and sign participation agreement and application, and submit a recording (demo) that is representative of your work. • Include an “Artist Statement” describing your anticipated Festival Performance (limit to one paragraph, please.) Deadline: Applications must be received by March 27, 2010.
