Dear Artists and Authors
Wilsonville Arts &
Culture Council, Wilsonville's non-profit arts organization, will be
holding a silent auction fundraising event at the Wilsonville Festival
of Arts event. The mission of the Wilsonville Arts & Culture Council is
to promote and support arts and culture in Wilsonville; to provide
access to arts and culture to all people in Wilsonville, and to provide
a structure where Wilsonville area arts and culture organizations can
work together. All of the funds raised from this event will be used to
support the Wilsonville Arts & Culture Council Student Art
Scholarship Program.
We're in the process of
collecting merchandise for the event, and would like to request your
assistance in making the Wilsonville Festival of Arts event a success.
By donating an item, you'll be making a tax deductible contribution that
will help Wilsonville Arts & Culture Council continue to help make life
better for individuals right here in our community. Artists and authors
may wish to use this as an advertising expense in order to use the full
donation value deduction rather than cost of goods donation.
Additionally, you'll
benefit from exposure of your name to those who attend the
event. Wilsonville Festival of Arts is a Rose Festival sanctioned event
with all the advertising benefits of the Rose Festival Foundation. With
this additional exposure, it is hopeful to bring people in from the
greater Portland Metro area and beyond.
Donors will be listed
on the event program, and the merchandise you give will be on display
Saturday, from 10
to 3.
Won’t you consider
donating an item to support the continued work of the Wilsonville Arts
& Culture Council?
