Call for Performance Artists

PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY GUIDELINES

Dates: Saturday, June 1 11:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 2 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Location: Visitor Information Center at Town Center Park
29600 SW Park Place
Wilsonville, OR 97070

Participation: Headline performances for Saturday and Sunday must be sponsor funded prior to contract. Non-headline performance preference will be given to artists within the West Linn-

Wilsonville School District boundaries and neighboring communities, but artists outside these boundaries are encouraged to apply.

Publicity: Participating artists are encouraged to apply EARLY and help to promote the event.
  • An online informational flyer is being developed to publicize the Wilsonville Festival of Arts.
  • You are encouraged to help in promoting this event through your own client networks, contacts and organization lists.
  • You will be able to print the flyer for distribution at other events you might be attending.
  • Also, several performing artists may be selected for publicity purposes such as news articles, festival program, artist receptions and other promotional materials, etc.
Requirements:
  • Read and sign participation agreement and application.
  • Submit a recording (demo) that is representative of your work.
  • Include an “Artist Statement” describing your anticipated Festival Performance (limit to one paragraph, please.)
